Shipping + Returns

Shipping

My shop is currently open for shipping orders in Canada and the United States.

Orders will ship from my studio in Kelowna, BC in 3 - 5 business days.

I also offer free Kelowna local pickup as a shipping option. I will contact you once the order is recieved to arrange for a pickup time at your convenience. My home studio is located in the Mission area.

Products ship plastic free (with the exception of a small amount of removable tape) in rigid mailers.

Returns and exchanges

I currently do not accept returns or exchanges but I’m happy to change or cancel an order within 5 hours of order confirmation.

If your order arrives incorrect, defective or damaged please contact me as soon as possible and I will arrange to resend or refund your order. I will require you to send a photo of the item and packaging.

In the unlikely case that an order goes missing in transit. contact me via the contact page with your order number and I will do my best to locate the package for you.
